NO, THEY ARE NOT ENFORCING THE FEDERAL IMMIGRATION LAWS!!! That is why Arizona felt the need to act on their own since the federal goverment was doing virtually NOTHING to enforce their own immigration laws.

Arizona and the other border states are being overrun with mexicans, due to the federal governments gross negligence on the issue.

At some point, states have the right to protect their citizens from invaders that the Feds want to ignore.

Do yourself a favor - read some of the other AZ immigration laws that have been enacted recently. They have been challenged in court - so far AZ is 3-0.

NO!! They are enforcing the laws, just not to your liking. That's why we need comprehensive Immigration Reform that your side opposes because of politics. States CANT GO IT ALONE as evidenced by this article and this bogus law.

IMO, if this administration does not fire Morton and take a more active role protecting AZ's borders, we have to start discussing the possibility of impeaching this president.

What do you mean by comprehensive Immigration Reform?
What's wrong with the immigration?
People still can obtain visas to enter the country. So what to reform?
