every stand liberals take is either out of guilt or self loathing. Not the best way to make decisions..
As an egotistical self-loving African American liberal, I swear I can't think of a single thing that I need to feel guilty about or one thing about myself that I don't like, at least when it comes to issues of social justice.
I think it was an opinion. That's what these boards are about - debate.
Liberal tolerance doesn't include tolerating opinions they don't agree with. This guy has accused me of lying about being a licensed attorney because he doesn't agree with my opinions..

I still accuse you of lying about that, since your posts demonstrated a blatant lack of knowledge about constitutional law that any first semester 2L should know off the top of their head.

But not you.
Oh please, that's an opinion on your part, and you know that there's no certainty in law, let alone constitutional law.
You'd easily think the draft violates the 13th amendment, yet the court hasn't held that it does....
You're trying to make it seem like it's DEFINITE that ONE instance of denying a mosque from being built on one particular location would violate the 1st amendment, even when the mosque could be built on multiple other locations.. Like you know ahead of time how that's going to be ruled.

Give me a break.
You are not, and never were a lawyer.
You're also very, very bad at guessing.
And don't try to put words in my mouth, LSAT flunkie, you aren't smart enough.
You got busted stating an opinion that ANY law graduate would know was a blatant violation of the Free Exercise clause, and AFTER you got busted you come back with this nonsense - trying to redefine the issue to cover your inexcusable ignorance.

There's NO S UCH THING as a blatant violation of the free exercise clause! The Supreme Court has held that an officer in the air force cannot wear a Yarmulke on duty. Does that not deny his free exercise of religion? Yet that's what they held.
You do NOT know what you are talking about, and lay off the personal attacks, okay?
Platitudes and homilies about tolerance from intolerant people.
