Very few even know about the 5+ Trillion bullion market fraud, as this information has only been recently revealed, and has been quite hush hush in the media. And it's a REAL important measure of the depth of the corruption.
For those that don't know, or haven't heard of it, this scam is so HIGHLY ILLEGAL, it's beyond comprehension. Of course, most people with any reasonable knowledge of the precious metal markets fully understood that there has been market manipulation for a long time, inflating and then collapsing the value of gold and silver ... mainly though, the effort to hold down prices has been done, but up until now, there was no proof. Now there is, and the consequences are staggering for those heavily invested in gold and silver that have not taken physical possession.
JP Morgan is behind this scam which has "leveraged" gold and silver at an astounding 100 to 1 ratio ... for the uninitiated, "leveraged" in this case is a term used to describe the selling of something that you don't actually have to sell. This used to be called fraud. But now it seems that all of those certificates of holdings for owners of gold and silver who chose to "store" their metals rather than take physical possession are SOL ($hit outa luck), because that gold and silver simply doesn't exist, and never did. That's right, for every 100 customers who think they own gold and silver ... those who have paid monthly or yearly fees for the bank to vault their precious metals .... there is only enough actual gold and silver to deliver to 1 customer, hence, the 100 to 1 "leveraged" language.
Given that "supply and demand" concept of value holds for everything, this is how gold and silver values have been kept depressed with a "fake" supply of both. For every ounce of gold or silver delivered ... these crooks have sold 100 ounces that they simply never had to sell.
So you say, who cares? I don't own gold or silver so it doesn't effect me? Bull ... smart investors and investment houses (those that administer pension and retirement accounts, 401k's, etc.) have used gold and silver as a hedge on inflating and devaluing dollars. And people who recognized the scam in the stock and bond markets have moved into precious metals over the past few years. They're all screwed, it's just that they don't know it yet. When they decide to cash in ... or take delivery ... that's when the other shoe will drop, and they'll go to bed one night wealthy, and wake up the next day flat broke, and no retirement.
The estimate is over 5 Trillion in fraudulent certificates of holdings .. but could be way higher than that.
The bottom line is that the bankster gangsters have corrupted the entire financial system worldwide, and EVERY MARKET is a total ponzi scheme.
How many people have heard of the fake gold bars delivered to china? Marked with the proper serial numbers and identification marks from Fort Knox, the Chinese found that these gold bars they received were actually Tungsten Steel with an outer layer of gold.
