I would like to know why another Dollar Store was placed THERE...not in a main traffic area, not along with other commercial buildings .. but in the middle of an area of HOUSES. It doesnt make sense......

All I want to hear is that we're getting a Costco.. and soon. The Palm City idea fell through and supposedly they are still scouting the area.. Port St. Lucie Specifically. It'd be nice. A Whole Foods or Trader Joes would be great too.

Where are you getting that info FlaLadyB? I would love to see it, but very skeptical about that. If Panera is this slow getting built, Cheesecake Factory will start taking orders around 2025...

A Cheesecake Factory would be great in Tradition, but I'll believe it when I see it. They usually don't stand alone (as far as I know) - unless there are plans for many things coming in that haven't been disclosed yet. What a great turn of events that would be.

I know there will be a Starbucks, Chipotle, Panda Express and First Watch (some sort of Organic Cafe I think) along with a CVS at Village Pointe, or at least that was what was planned. I'm not sure about Jersey Mike's though. That's news to me. It's good to see that development is picking up though. Here is the link to my source.

Ruffy...jersey mikes is a done deal. I know people with them and they are signed and just waiting for the plaza to be Built. Now do you know about pollo tropical? I heard something about the Gatlin corridor and the site that make sense would be out west or just off of 95 next to Wendy's...
