Bass Pro Shop in Port St Lucie Florida (Miami, Christmas: sales, shops)

Well, in a nutshell, I had a terrible shopping experience this afternoon. The sales staff resembled wooden figures staring off into space, store lighting was very dim, and poorly trained sales staff that looked like they we uncomfortable in their own skin and could not answer simple questions or take any initiative to make a sale or assist a customer.

Looks exactly like other Bass Pro shops I have been to in Miami. Staff seemed helpful the 3 times that I have visited the PSL location.

Bought a firearm there and had no issues.

Not saying that you are wrong on your review -- but just wanted to give my positive experience.

Remember -- it's the holidays -- service in a lot of stores are overwhelmed and many stores bring in temporary help.

Of course you are right. I guess I was tired and hurting from my knee operation. I will try again after Christmas, who knows it may be less expensive then. I will give them a pass since it is Christmas.
