We have a Red Lobster but frankly it's been going downhill as far as the quality of the food goes and it's preparation.
I would like to see a Bubba Gump Shrimp Company locate here but I am not sure there is enough business for them.

90k population (PV and Prescott) not enough to support a seafood restaurant? There's some really picky eaters living here. Hell, we don't even have a Long John Silvers. Having to drive to Phoenix for upscale restaurants gets old when the variety is lacking locally. Once we get a new mayor, they will encourage more economic development.

I think there are more people than that here.
I found this on the 'net.

Prescott Valley's current population is about 45,500 residents, a 93% increase since the 2000 Census. The quad-city region, comprised of Prescott Valley, Prescott, Chino Valley, and Dewey-Humboldt, is home to approximately 135,00 residents and a workforce of approximately 62,000 people.

Lots of restaurants offer seafood here, if you're willing to pay for it. Iron Springs Cafe always has several choices.

Wouldn't you rather have fresh instead of frozen fish?

Sorry but I grew up with fresh fish on the menu from the Pacific Coast.
And I caught my fair share of what I ate too.
On a good day I could take my 24' boat beyond the Golden Gate out to the Farallon Islands for salmon. Had to watch the WX though with that small of a boat.

You must be kidding. The last time we tried that place (not here, elsewhere) we swore we would never go back.

I wasn't recommending it. Another poster said we didn't even have one and I made a comment that we do.
