Hi there!
I am putting a word out, hoping to discover a fun place to relocate that has a small town feel, warm weather, nice people, and places to go tango dancing. I'm very interested in New Mexico and Arizona.

My daughter and I are finally moving from our home town, and we are looking for a safe place to plant our roots. I have a degree in English Education and my daughter is about to start school.

So far in my search I have been interested in Prescott AZ, Sliver City NM (maybe a little small), St. George Utah (though I am not mormon), Las Vegas NM, and Carlsbad NM.

(Tango dancing is not an absolute requirement for my decision, I am really looking for a great town to raise my daughter)

I am thrilled and terrified about moving, and any advice would be great!

Thanks,
Angie

I know Silver City first hand. It is very isolated and you might get a little cabin fever. Not sure about the Tango situation there but I do know they allow canadians.
