What do you think about Yavapai Community College? (Prescott, Prescott Valley: theater, high school)

We are contemplating a move to Prescott (or, perhaps, Prescott Valley or environs). My teenage daughter will be leaving high school early after taking an "exit" examination. She has an intense interest (and quite a bit of talent) in music and theatre, and needs to work on her academics. YCC looks great on its web site, but I'd love to hear from those of you who know the school. Many thanks!

Yavapai College has performing arts classes. Many of the students audition for parts at Prescott Fine Arts Association (PFAA) productions. Several of the students have recently formed their own performance group and put on shows at the new Lonesome Valley theater in Prescott Valley. I have been in several shows at PFAA and always enjoy working with the talent from the college.
