It's a certain QB in the NFL who is playing horrible but has yet to be benched after 9 games (star, sport)

I wonder has any other QB in NFL history still wqas the starter after the team went 2-7.
If memory serves me, recent examples are rookie QBs that went on to have some great careers. Examples: Troy Aikman in 1989, the Cowboys were 1-15. In 1998, Peyton Manning's rookie season, the Colts were 3-13. I want to say that Drew Bledsoe in his rookie season in 1993 started all his games, but I think he was injured. Nonetheless, the Patriots were 5-11.
Carson Palmer has thrown 11 interceptions in 9 games and his team is 2-7 and he still is the starter for the Bengals???
Does anyone know why?
BTW: he had more interceptions than towndowns today
Wonder what the film says......Palmer may be throwing the ball to the right spots but his receivers aren't completing the correct routes. If you watch the game, you'll see that most good throws are made long before the receiver ever gets to the point of reception. You can be a great QB and make great throws, but if your receivers are inept, you can look pretty foolish as a QB.
Besides, who else do the Bengals have? And is a 2-7 representative of the QB's play or the entire team's play along w/ playcalling?
