How many of you get to see the highlights of the 1pm games at halftime on Fox? Normally I get to see the highlights of the games in progress but after the commercial break instead of seeing the highlights of the 1pm games, my local Fox news comes on for a brief moment and then the game resumes.
So is anyone else unable to see the highlights of the 1pm games because of their local fox news?
Hmmm, I think I get news but I'll have to pay attention today! OK I guess it is the local stations call, they just said some stations will get the half time show other local station will get a news break. Because it is a time people expect local news, I guess it depends on who they want to keep happy???

Yeah i guess because it's around 6pm when halftime rolls around. I don't recall CBS doing this in the 90's when they aired 4pm games
I have Redzone but there is no highlights because all the games are never at halftime at the same time. It will be atleast one game in the 3rd qtr when all the other games are at halftime.
I was thinking maybe because of the OT at 7:30pm. CBS never had a scheduled post game show in the 80's and 90's like Fox does now.
They've been showing news during halftime of the late games for as long as I can remember. Well before the advent of "The OT."
