I got yesterday's games but missed on both of today's games. 2-2 this week.
Doesn't this weekend reinforce the seedings by record argument?
I mean, the lower seeded team with the better record that didn't win its division did win in 2 of 4 games... (and should have won a 3rd if not for a 28 point collapse by KC)
(The Bengals also lost to a lower seeded team but they actually did win their division)
Just sayin'...
Now that I think about it... does it really matter? SF was a better team... and they won. The same can be said for NO.

And there you have it. The formula works. The 10-6 home team sometimes doesn't beat the 11-5 road team. Sometimes the 8-8 home team beats the 12-4 road team. And sometimes the 9-7 road team beats the 11-5 home team. The formula works just fine.

Actually, you can argue the other way...because if San Fran would've lost, all people who took your position would've said "see, if they seeded differently, they would've played a home game and probably won"....
Trust me, this argument can be tailored anyway you wear the jersey (as we've seen)....people's minds won't really be changed...I'm not afraid to admit one way or the other you can make convincing arguments..

Nope - the better team won in all cases this weekend. The Bengals did not deserve to win with the way they played today.
How do you keep track of that stuff?
I have my favorite and then don't like every other team at one time or another. Sure there are teams I don't mind seeing win a game especially vs one of my favorite teams arch rivals but I can't rank the teams after my favorite.. that seems like a lot of work..
I know lots of folks have a second favorite team.. like a team from another conference.. or a home town team and another team but to have 4 favorites.. man, you must spend a fortune in jerseys!
