First off, congrats to the Jets and their fans. They deserved to win the game and while I think the Chargers SHOULD beat them, I think if a few things go the Jets way they can upset the Chargers. Jets have a nice foundation to build on and will be a factor for years.
Anyway, I am never afraid to "mix it up" with anyone about the Bengals whether they win or lose. That being said, they lost on Sunday and deserved to do so. Carson Palmer and Shayne Graham were the goats of this game. Palmer missed his receivers on numerous throws (not that his receivers helped him with the drops they had). Graham missed two chip-shots that would have changed the game (They wouldn't have won the game with them alone, but things would have been different more than likely). Very disappointing, but they deserved to lose the game.
They went out with a whimper. While I didn't think they were going to make the playoffs back in September, I am still disappointed in their finish. They have some changes to make and improvements are needed in some areas. That being said, the AFC North next year will be a very tough division again. This time, it will be 3 teams fighting for the division crown.
Ochocinco and TO on the same team!!!! Something like this could be really really good or really really bad. One thing it definitely would be is a media circus.
Defense was great yesterday. They sure have the Ravens number. The offense on the other hand wasn't so good. The Roughing the Passer call on Suggs was atrocious, but I'll take it. The Bengals have got to get the offense going otherwise, they'll finish 3rd in the AFC North and out of the playoffs.
