Maybe the Broncos should start making halftime adjustments too then?? What are they doing for those 14/15 minutes of halftime?? Drinking beers and watching Redzone in the locker room??
Teams that are up 17 at the half need to make adjustments?
You're right, Broncos need to make HT adjustments... like putting in a new QB.
Not a Broncos fan, but really Osweiller is the LEAST of their problems right now. Sure, he may make a bad read, hold onto the ball too long, but really he's basically a rookie at QB even though he's been in the league a few years. The coaching staff, putting in a game plan for the second half where the offense doesn't get shut out for 3 straight games, should be the main problem for Broncos fans.

That's part of it. I think a huge part, in fact. It would also help if our receivers would catch the ball. This season has been ridiculous for drops. I think they may be working on a record for drops in a season. They've left a lot of points on the field all season, and the last two weeks it has greatly contributed to losses.
He has been taking a lot of hits/knockdowns (OAK was brutal), but seems to possess enough mental toughness to soldier one. Yes he will make some errors but he's still relatively green. It's OC Rick Dennison's responsibility to get Denver's receivers and O line more focused and efficient as well.
I honestly think Denver cannot afford to start Trevor Siemian with red-hot KC breathing right down our necks right now.
Several of us who actually watch the games have been critical of the coaching all year. These last three weeks have shown that we were absolutely right. The offense showed some fire in the first half. The coaching staff was unable to sustain it in the second half. No adjustments made (or perhaps just terribly incorrect ones). It's ridiculous. The coaching staff is the weak point of the offense. The offensive line play is a close second, I'd say.
I'll say it again, Osweiler is doing what we he can with the tools he has. Whether he hangs on to the ball too long or not, he's ALWAYS under pressure. If the offensive line can't hold back the pass rush, there are only 2 other ways to reduce pressure on the QB: get the running game going or smart offensive play calls to get the ball out quick. The Broncos all but abandon the running game every week, even when playing from ahead, and the offensive coordinator has not demonstrated the ability to react to the defensive play on the field.
So while the play on the field was disappointing in the second half, I'm putting this loss squarely on the coaching staff. The defense gave up some points, but honestly Ben and Antonio have the ability to do that to ANY defense in the league. No, this loss goes to the offensive coaching. Dropping the ball is still an issue, and the offensive line needs to step it up, but the coaching is what will keep the Broncos from being great if it doesn't change.
Top to bottom, this whole team is looking more like smoke and mirrors. Special teams play? Denver's vaunted defense in the second half of four of the last six games? Even if Denver had a healthy and experienced qb, what about the rcvrs? Their ability to come back to the throw especially when the qb is in trouble?
Osweiler looks just like Peyton Manning on some... some of those interception throws.
Scapegoating Peyton Manning is not the answer here. Praising Osweiler was fun while it lasted. Now, Osweiler with a banged up shoulder?
Denver's O-line. A whole thread could be written about this.
This team has unraveled in such an epic way, or is it just my imagination? Were there not high hopes for this team just a month ago?
The Broncos could wind up 3-3 in it's own division. Even if they can beat a crippled Bengals team, do you want this team getting a first round bye, just to lose in the playoffs at home the next week?
Here's why the Broncos will lose to the Bengals next Monday Night, the Bengals are a balanced team, with an Oline that can create running lanes, a defense that can play for at least four quarters, and receivers who know how to catch, get open, and not just sit back and wait for the ball to hit them right between the 8s while bouncing off and into the hands of a db.

I am about sick of football right now.
even so, Denver is the best 4-loss team in the league
