You can make an argument that the Broncos were lucky they only gave up a safety on that end zone play..
Luck is better than good....I know you are bias because of RGIII, but out of Cam/RGIII/etc...he is definitely best out of all the new guys...
CouponJack is right. He IS better than good.
On a few different posts last year on the Colt team thread I said "Andrew Luck is the real deal." I still say that. He finished last season with 4183 passing yards, the most ever for an NFL rookie quarterback, breaking Cam Newton's record of 4081.
The Broncos have now gone three and out twice this half. They're not looking sharp. Champ is out, most likely for the game.
And Trenton Holliday needs to learn how to hang on to the ball!
Definitely not the best effort we've seen out of the Broncos. I thought they were flat last week and it would be a good wake up call. Guess not.
All this is not to take anything from the Colts. A good team in their house and coming off a loss is always tough. And with all the press the Broncos have received they are going to get EVERYONE's best shot. Right now it's showing.

Peyton isn't putting the passes on the money like he normally does.
For the life of me, as good as the Colts defense is playing, I can't pinpoint what they're doing differently from every other Broncos opponent has this year...how have they managed to make Peyton look human? 14 points halfway through the 3rd?
I'm not sure if its the Colts D playing lights out, Peyton being "off" tonight, or a combination of both. Either way, its working. Denver better get it together or they'll find themselves in 2nd place in the AFCE.
Luck is definitely the real deal. His offensive line is giving him more time this year than they did in 2012.
Denver is frustrated and losing their cool.... kind of what happened w/the Rams against the Panthers today (howie long's son getting ejected..fights galore)....green w/the 15 yarder and now this penalty....

Get ready for an epic 4th quarter IMO..
Don't know about the epic 4th quarter but Denver IS losing their poise. 2 different guys flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct after the PAT. That makes three for this game on the Broncos. The loss of Ryan Clady is now making itself known.

And one of them, Vickerson, was flagged twice for the same thing. To draw 2 penalties for unsportsmanlike conduct is unsat.

Something is off. Most of Peyton's balls have a little wobble to them, but they're really wobbling a lot tonight. his timing is off, his accuracy is off. Just a bad night for the old guy.
