Who do ya'll think goes down as the greatest quaterback in the past 5yrs. Even though I'm a die hard ''EAGLES fan fo life'', I would have to say Brett Frave even though he has the most interception thrown by a quaterback he gets the job done. So who's yours

How can "the most interceptions thrown" and "best quarterback" even be used in the same sentence. Especially this year.

Brady, hands down. And then maybe Rex Grossman (joke).

I guess I'll have to vote 4 Drew Brees since I'm a Saints fan.

I'd say Tom Brady. His stats are always really good, and in the past 5 years the Patriots have more superbowls than anyone else. Peyton Manning would be next cause he has the superbowl and his stats are usually even better then Brady's. Drew Brees is also very good too.

I really hate to say it, but Brady is #1 for the past five years. Payton would be a close second. Favre could be rated as high as #3, for performance and team leadership.

I'm sorry, I dont really think Brett Favre has been in the Top 5 quarterbacks in the league for even 1 year over the last 5. His stats may be good, but he is a team killer recently, because just as many plays he makes that are good, he makes even more that kill his team.

Also, I hate watching any game that Brett Favre is in, because it is a 3 hour love fest. Favre throws a boneheaded interception, and its "He's such a competitor" ,"He's a Gunslinger!" or my favorite "He's having fun out there!" WTF! If Alex Smith, Tavarious Jackson, Derek Anderson or any of a slew of other QB's made that same throw, the broadcasters would call him a "Bonehead" an "Idiot" or "he's just not playing smart out there!"

I've always said that if Brett Favre actually just walked up to a defender and handed him the ball, the announcers would say things like "Wow, he's gracious even in defeat", "He's such a competitor, he's trying to give the other team a headstart" or "He's having fun out there, like a backyard pickup game on Thanksgiving!"

As for top QB, I really don't think there is a debate that is between Tom Brady and Peyton Manning, and then a decent sized drop off to the next tier.

I also think you have to look past the statistics. There's something in Brady's and Manning's blood that makes them great "pressure" QB's. They don't buckle under the big moment, and when they have the ball in the 4th quarter against your team, you are in fear of a comeback.

Huh funny ya'll are saying peyton last time I checked he hasn't won a superbowl hell his Younger bother has won one. Lol sure, and as far as Tom "golden boy" brady saying he's good under pressure of course his linemen are the size of house's he doesn't have pressure he stands there for 10-15 sec looking down field for someone to throw to that not a great quaterback that's a great o-line take it away what do you have, oh yeah a hurt qb whos out for the season. Rothlesburg is better than brady maybe not peyton but definently tom
