Anyone else relieved that this could happen?

Time is lingering and it looks like the only teams interested in him at this point are Buffalo, Oakland, San Francisco and Denver..

The other teams still in the running are the Rams and the Vikes...

I don't care who takes him--Just get rid of him!

Philly sports fans are so damn spoiled. They have consistently been one of the best teams in the NFC for nearly a decade mostly because of their Pro Bowl QB and they want him gone. What a joke. Most teams in the NFL would love to have a QB as good as McNabb for as long as you have.

If you think Kolb or Vick is going to lead you to the SB, you have another thing coming.

I guess the Bills should have kept Jim Kelly.

Seriously, the MCNabb era is over. We went as far as we could go with him. It's time to look elsewhere.

McNabb leaving would be bittersweet for me. I think he did the best he could under the circumstances he has been given. Really wish they could have won SB XXXIX. Losing by 3 really sucked. I do think it's time to go though.

Not sure how Eagles fans could be considered spoiled. We've never won a SB and are constantly abused by fans of other NFC East teams. Not only have the other three teams in the division won SBs, they have won multiple SBs.

Maybe I should have said act spoiled. But, as I said. The Eagles have consistently been one of the best teams in the NFC for years. They have gone to how many NFC Championship games in the last decade and went to a Super Bowl? No, you havent won it but many fans would die for their team to be that consistently good.

McNabb is a franchise QB. I'm not sure how it can be his time to go when he is only 33. He has a good 5 years left in him.

No Westbrook, no McNabb. This team is practically rebuilding. Desean can't be a 1 man wrecking crew. Kolb and Vick will never be at the same level McNabb is.

Philly fans are releived that he's on his way out? Maybe the story will be different next off season when they're wondering. "Damn, where did our season go?"

Let's revisit this thread in december and see if everyone who is cheering about McNabb's departure is still doing a happy dance.
