I think a philosophical treatise on the narratives of famous Walt Disney films would be interesting. What about Snow White, Dumbo, Pinnochio, Fantasia?

I think you sort of can. Thinking of good thoughts before you fall asleep sometimes helps. I find that my sleep greatly affects how my day will be. Bad dreams usually precede emotional greyness.
