I'm not sure about flouride (is that the mineral Wonderbread is made from?) but sodium fluoride also exists in nature.

And the sodium fluoride added to water doesn't come from Three-Mile Island.

Btw, your bottled water opened yesterday will have plenty of bacteria in it today and even more tomorrow thanks to its lack of chlorine.

With the exception of water borne cysts, trihalomethanes ,antibiotics,heavy metals (strontium) herbicides, chlorine
viruses ,pathogens,industrial chemicals,and fluoride tap water just a refreshing change from my pond.

I also suspect that getting the general public to be suspicious
of tap-water—in areas where such suspicion isn't necessary—is
a real money-maker for the bottled-water industry.

There are places where the tap-water is truly undrinkable and
will get you sick right away.

For instance, we made sure we drank only bottled water—and
the fizzy kind at that, to be sure it was never opened before
we got it—when we lived in Ecuador.
