Men and women have the same intellectual capacity. Some would argue that testosterone can make men, as a whole, use more aggression and less reason than women, making women, as a whole, more capable of better (more reasonable) decisions than men.

Oh wait...yep, married men did make a less than reasonable decision to begin with.
