The OP does not want this. Specifically, he wants the penis to be there. For him this is the point - otherwise he would just continue to sleep with women, whether they were born physically female or had gender reassignment surgery isn't really relevant to what the OP is looking for.
So yes, he IS looking to have sex with a man.
It isn't about "the media" or any other agenda-based argument.
The OP wants sex with a man, but one who is dressed as a woman because he is ashamed and afraid to admit he may be gay/bi. But it WOULD be a man...physically, a man.
Hopefully since the time of his post the OP has come to terms with this.I
