I'm more afraid of getting Alzheimer's, though. My beloved grandma lived to be 90...but the last full decade of her life was of garbage quality, due to dementia. I was around her for most of it, and it was horrific.
No, the biggest fear is that you will survive your children. Trust me on this. Nothing can be more devastating than losing your children while you still survive.
