Welcome to Florida- I am still a newbie- 1 year- but love it. I work in North Port, live in Port Charlotte.

Not sure where you are from, but I know I am enjoying knowing in Baltimore they are expecting 4-8 inches of snow starting tonight and I am enjoying the sunshine!!!

Another "Balmore" transplantee here. Looks like we've fished the same waters. I would think that you had better luck fishing since I ended up leaving all the fish for others to catch! Only here since Jan. and still waiting to throw a crab pot in the canal (the Ackerman). Oh, and congrats on the move!

Mmmm crabs...summers at the Jersey Shore (originally from PA)and always had crabs and spaghetti for my b-day. I'm on a brackish canal and I know they are in there cause we got about 6 TOTAL between May and October last year...hoping this year is much better. I dunno maybe the 12 foot long Wally Gator and his 9 foot wife Ally who roam my canal eat em up before they get to my crab pot.
