A few other Kinks songs that certainly were top 10 , on a local basis anyway, were Till The End Of The Day, Dead End Street, A Well Respected Man, and Set Me Free. What I met "on a local basis" was where I grew up they were on the local Top 10 charts. And these songs DEFINITELY were. Others that weren't but that finish out my personal top 10 would be Apeman, Mr. Pleasant, Who'll Be The Next In Line, David Watts, Victoria, and my all time favorite Dedicated Follower Of Fashion. I love the Kinks!

Another song I rarely hear on the radio anymore is Elvin Bishop's "Fooled Around and Fell in Love", that is my favorite song sung by future Starship singer Mickey Thomas.

It sure is a great song and it definitely set his voice very well, I always thought Mickey Thomas has a great voice, another song that he sang that I really liked is Jefferson Starship's "No Way Out"

That is another great song by Jefferson Starship, they had some great songs when Mickey Thomas came along, I wish that people wouldn't slag Jefferson Starship off for being a commercial rock band, I thought they were great as a commercial rock band and they were just as great as bands like Foreigner, Journey, REO Speedwagon and Styx.

In Starship's case, I don't see anybody here waxing poetic about the other part of the original Airplane. Hot Tuna anyone?
