Which neighborhoods would you suggest in Chapel Hill in the $600-700,000 range?? We would prefer a lot of .5 acre or more if possible & definitely lots of kids. Thanks so much for any suggestions!!

I love Meadowmont personally, but I do not know Chapel Hill that well...

Don't forget to take a look at Durham... It is much better than you might suspect (I live in Fairfield if you are interested in any information)

look at neighborhood off homestead like Lake Hogan Farms, Wexford, etc and maybe old Weaver Dairy road. I'm not sure if you can get .5 acre lot with that price house but I know you can get that price in these neighborhoods if you look carefully. both have lots of kids, pool, tennis courts, etc.

I don't know where your job is or where you need to commute to, but if Hillsborough isn't too far away I would check out Churton Grove. 1/2 acre lots, trees, nice homes, lots of kids, pool, tennis, park, trails. It's a nice historic town near Durham and Chapel Hill. If your job is in RTP it's not a bad commute at all, but if it is further into Raleigh, then that may be a bit too far of a commute.
