I think there should be separate forums for the three main N.C. areas - "Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill/Cary" - "Greensboro/High Point/Winston Salem" - and "Charlotte". Maybe there could also be one for "Asheville". And then there could also be one for "North Carolina - General Questions". But maybe it should be set up like the City-Data Forum is for Texas. If you go to "Austin city data forum" on Google, etc. you just get the Austin forum. Likewise for Dallas, etc. But if you type in "Texas city data forum" you get a list of ALL of the forums for Texas and you can choose the one you want. Just an idea!!

Since we are looking at the Triad area, I like this idea. But everyone knows here that we will be checking out all the forums just to see what is going on. No matter how it comes out, this has been a great and informative and sometimes amusing forum. The people are great. At least 99.9% of them anyway.

I agree on the concept of a Triangle sub-forum and then, if volume necessitates, a Triad forum. You can still access all topics by navigating to the NC forum header.
