Hi

Am planning on moving down there around the 1st of November and am looking for a townhome/condo that has an attach garage since I need to hide my toys, lol! Was looking towards morriesville and found a place at Bridges at Wind River but had heard some not so good news about that place.

Am looking towards that area and Knightdale so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Also interested in Mingo Creek but can't find any reviews from this year.

Thanks for the info

What is your price range? Are you looking to rent or buy?

At this moment I'm looking towards renting for at least 6 months and start to look for a place to buy but that will depend on the property tax.

Price range is basically up to $1,400 but defenitely need a place with a garage.

Thanks

Found a place in Morrisville of 55 and 540; Corwith drive. Is this a good place to live and how's the traffic in that area?

Thank you

Other than plane traffic overhead, and some drive time congestion, it is pretty easy getting around.
Good selection of necessities nearby and within a couple of miles.
I think a good location.
