I would like to get some advice on where to post a complaint about a small retailer (kiosk) at one of the area malls. It involves the rudeness of its owner as a boss and the suggestion for consumers to buy the product sold there elsewhere. Yes, a complaint has already been made to the mall manager.
You can only go above a person if they have a boss. If the guy owns the kiosk and it's not a chain or franchise, and you've already gone to the mall, it sounds like you've done all the complaining that will get you anywhere.

Better Business Bureau? Chamber of Commerce in the town where it happened? Or go online and google it, and a site for reviewing the place could pop up.
Being a small business owner I can tell you the BBB is a joke. I get about the same amount of calls from the BBB as I do the Yellow Pages trying to sign me up for advertising. Low and behold I have a C- rating through the BBB even though I've never received a complaint and don't have a random customer base. [/rant]
Anyway, o.p., you just made the best complaint there is to make. Tell everybody how poorly you were treated and let the free market work. One problem is we don't know the name of the kiosk!
Thanks for the input everyone, except for the person who said I just did complain because I never revealed the name of the kiosk or what happened, thus I didn't post a complaint! Like the mall manager said to me, remember karma. So, the kiosk guy will get his one day. Meanwhile, yes, I'm telling all my friends and contacts how unsavory a person the owner of the kiosk is, and to buy the item he sells elsewhere.
