There is a difference in entitlements (welfare, section 8, food stamps) and free wifi IMO. If we are so concerned about the budget we should be looking much higher up the food chain and not at the airport WIFI.

Is it needed? No. But neither was a brand spanking new terminal costing millions. The old one was just fine, and served its purpose.

But, I would suggest that "free" airport access to Facebook, i.e., Farmville or YouTube videos at the airport would not engender productivity increases or economic benefits for all.

Businesspeople find a way to be productive to be competitive.

Again, I'm not against wifi without an earmarked fee. Just don't tell me it is "free." It is not.

"Complimentary" would be a better word, ie "included".
