Hey, I am living in Raleigh-Durham this summer and looking for an active team with people my level to train with. I am a 2:06 200 fly, 1:48 200 free, 1:04 200 back. Let me know any suggestions

Whereabouts are you going to be? Raleigh Area Masters (RAM) is the main club in the Raleigh area...practices in North Raleigh (usually Millbrook Exchange Pool, occasionally Optimist Park Pool nearby) and near NC State (Pullen Pool). I swim with them a few times a week, and it looks like you'll get a good workout there. As with any masters team, there's a wide range of abilities and ages, but there are a number of former collegiate swimmers on the team.

Durham has Durham Area Masters (DAMA) and Duke Aquatics. Don't know much about them other than that they're decent programs. There's also NC Aquatic Masters (NCAM) in Chapel Hill.

I know a lot of people in the swim circle and from what I hear, Master's Swimming in Raleigh is pretty active! I think they have practices all over the place, not just one location.
