Mulberry Park in Durham - listings are under 27703, if that matters. It appears it's right on the border of Brier Creek & Durham, same in my eyes.

I did a forum search, only one thread came up but didn't say anthing about this specific neighborhood.

Does anyone live here or know anyone that lives here?

I'm interested in feedback for this neighborhood.

Positive and negatives, if any.

Durham Crime mapper reflects 2 break-ins in the past 12 months less than 1/2mile away, not really concerned...crime happens all over.

Thank you in advance.

I took a client through the n'hood a week or so ago. He felt it looked too "cookie cutter". He originally wanted to be in Brier Creek. He ended up in Cary!

I'd be interested in the neighborhood as well. Price seems good. Location not bad and can be considered "near Brier Creek". Address seems to be Raleigh but I think I heard Durham schools. Builder was Satterwhite, now Standard Pacific. Don't know what happened.

Mulberry Park is in Durham County but in the city limits of Raleigh, hence the Raleigh address but Durham schools. It's a unique situation.

Satterwhite was the builder for the first section. They sold the rest of the development to Standard Pacific about a year ago.
