My child spent his tracking out at Bright Horizons camp. He loved it and I was happy with it as well. I thought the days might be too long for him, but he was alright.
They went all over in the camp buses, from the Life & Science Museum in Durham, to ice skating in Raleigh, Frankie's in Raleigh, etc. Seemed like there was a lot going on outside Cary!
If I remember correctly, your kids are a bit older than mine but Life Time Fitness in Cary has good camps. My boys (6 and 9) went to a swim and rock climbing camp and loved it! You don't have to be a member to sign up. I think you just pay a higher non member fee for the camp.

The largest track out fair with many many Triangle options is the Carolina Parent Track Out Camp Fair to be held next weekend Feb 8 from noon to 4 pm at St. Mary's. All the big local programs are represented. Thousands attend to see what's up!
We did the Apex Sports Center for Track out last time around and my 9 year old son loved it. We've done Lifetime too.
