Whom paying Water Sewer bill AUM in Durham, 27713?
I am paying to AUM, but they taking additional convenience fee.
Is there any way to pay directly to utility service avoiding that fee?

I pay my water bill on the City of Durham website with my debit card. There are no convenience fees.

Are you in an apartment? Many apartment complexes use similar billing companies and you're pretty much stuck with them.

Are you in the City of Durham or you County of Durham? 27713 has some water & sewer customers who are in the city and pay city taxes and others who only pay county taxes but have city water & sewer.

I would say the only way to avoid them is to move. If your apartment is set up this way there's not much you can do. They are paying one bill to the city of Durham for all the water and they've picked a company to sub-meter and bill tenants rather than to include it in the rent. I suppose you could complain to the landlord but unless most of the tenants moved because of it and no one else moved in to fill their spots it's not going to impact their business.
