I was actually very disappointed in this location. It's a much smaller footprint than other Ross stores. I guess it's how they are making the stores now. The aisles are very tight. If someone was in the aisle with a wagon, I could not get past them. The selection is smaller than a regular sized Ross.
I was in the store at Brier Creek a few weeks back and there was much more open space than "stuff" on the racks. They could definitely fit what was in there in a much smaller space, so it may be the direction that they're moving.
I agree, this type of store is hit or miss...the Brier Creek location is very sad...hardly any merchandise, I asked if they were closing and was told "NO" lol I will check out the Morrisville location as I'm in the Target and TJ Maxx there often...I was patiently waiting for Ross to open there, thank you for the heads up.
I went to the Ross at Park West yesterday. I agree....much smaller than other Ross stores. I like the "check-out" aisle set up. And this is the first Ross store that I have seen baskets as well as buggies (small issue, I know :-). The Ross as Brier Creek has really gone downhill. I used to be able to find tons of stuff there. Not so much anymore.

Really? Because the other 3 Ross stores in the area that I've been to are so devoid of merchandise I ask every time if they are going out of business. The selection is so limited. They have obviously altered their merchandising plan and no longer need the larger space.
I still like Marshall's or TJ Maxx better...The TJ Maxx at Park West is pretty good also.
