HI all of you have helped me with info on moving from NY to NC. Now, I ask your help for a friend of mine. I told her to ck out this forum but I noticed she didn't post anything yet so here I am.
She is looking to rent (a duplex, house, condo, etc.) in the Raleigh area, in areas close to Cary, Apex, Holly Springs. Are there rentals in these areas? Are rentals big in this area? Coming from NYC, most people rent in the city and at this point she is not looking to buy. Any info on renting will help. Thanks.
There are a ton of great rentals on Craigslist right now. If she is looking to move to Raleigh than you def can't beat 5 points or Mordecai. Those are really great neighborhoods.
If she is looking for an apartment complex in the Raleigh area I have 5 or 6 I would recommend if you would like. I do a lot of work with the aprtment complexes as an insurance agent so I get to see a lot of them. (I moved here from NY too, just over a year ago)
