You have me mixed up with someone else posting anything about Carrabas. I posted a while back on this thread about Cabela's having a restaurant. But since you mentioned it we are not fans of Carrabas. Been there, done that, not interested.

It will have a Fudge Shop, Deli that serves salads, wraps & sandwiches such as boar, elk etc. not a buffet style. Conference room to rent out for meetings, party's, etc. Gun Library, indoor archery range, Power sports shop that will feature boats, tractors, and ATVs.

Just drove by the other day and DH REALLY wants to go. Funny thing is they had one in WI and he never went there, but it wasnt right on a regular driving path, which this will be.

Did someone say fudge? So the kids and I can snack while DH plays/shops?

If Longhorn is better than Logan's, that's OK. I would take Friday's over Logan's, so that place isn't hard to top IMO.

Don't know what the gripe is re: Char-Grill, I've always been happy with my food there (although the lady who owns it certainly has an, um, interesting personality).
Your pipe dream is going to come true!
