I'm trying to find some opera length gloves for a 1920's theme party in a couple weeks. I know I can order them online but would love to find them locally, if possible. Any ideas? TIA!

You might try calling Traditions by Anna at North Hills, Raleigh. They show a picture of debutantes, all with opera gloves: Debutantes
I'd check the Halloween shops today before they close up shop. There might be some there.
Alternatively you might check some dance shops. I know Dance Design in Chapel Hill was running a Local Deal for their costume rentals. Seems like the kind of thing they might have.
Try the Father & Sons antique/vintage store on Hargett Street in downtown Raleigh. Usually have vintage clothing. Or they might be able to refer you to another place. Wonder if any of shops at Cameron Village have them?....including the antique mall in the lower level.
Also check places like the Antique Mall below Cameron Village--though there have been excellent recommendations listed above. You can call some of the places first to ask.
