not true, they do this ridiculous game week pricing where they jack the prices way up the week of the game.

Depends on the night of the week and the opponent. Teams like Boston, Penguins, Flyers, Rangers all draw really well with their local transplant fans. And the Canes have begun premium pricing for those teams.

Buffalo or Calgary on a Tuesday night, you can easily get $5 seats. I've NEVER sat on the upper half of the 3rd level. If I can't sit on the lowest 3 or 4 rows, I don't sit on the 3rd level. And I hardly ever pay half price for tickets. Paid $4.50 each for Row D or E in the 300s last time I bought tickets. There's no demand right now, and tickets are almost always available for less than half of face value. Craigslist is probably the worst place to buy tickets. There are a lot of people who think they should get face value on there.

I've tried them all........rink side - lower - upper - and once had the opportunity to go with a large party in the luxury suites. Needless to say - you get what you pay for but the other posters are correct that even the upper level near or at the wall will give you a decent view and a great experience. GO CANES................
