In general, if you have the money, it's not hard to buy property at all.

Buying a home is not difficult finding a home that you like and can afford is a challenge. Moderator cut: TOS violation

When you say "property," are you talking homes or land? Investment property like multi-family? Or commercial?

Homes are easily bought.
From contract to close can be done in as little as a couple of weeks(Now THAT's a thrill ride), to 30-60 days, depending on details and personal need.

Land, particularly undeveloped land, requires more due diligence. And Land is more difficult to finance, true most everywhere.

Investment property takes some Due Diligence, and funding is tighter, but it is not "difficult."

I don't do commercial/industrial, so can't speak to them in terms of the buying process.
