I concur with Lancers. JT put together a very competitive bid for our yard after a couple years of (mis)management by a mow, blow, and go guy. It's been two weeks but our yard is already looking better and areas that our old guy failed to cover, JT's is addressing as a matter of course. I also would recommend taking a look at Pleasant Green Grass. While we opted not to choose them to do our yardwork they took care of a tree for us and were simply outstanding in the way of communicating with us and keeping up with us. Plus they offer organic services if that's your thing.

For HVAC work we've been VERY happy with Boer Brothers. They're priced very fairly and are an honest shop.

If it won't be for "a few years", then there is no need to find a good roofer now--they might not still be around in a few years.

I would love to know a good roofer too, ours is on the end of their time.
