I am having some major issues with a hardwood floor (buckling etc). I would like to find a really good hardwood floor person to take a look and offer their recommendations for repair. If you know of such a person please advise via DM. Thanks

Just curious but did you check your crawlspace to make certain there are no moisture issues that are a contributing factor???

Yep, when a properly installed wood floor buckles a humidity difference between the top and bottom sides of the floor is a likely cause. Could be caused by a water leak or an overly damp crawl.

Lee's Hardwood Floors is a good local contractor.

I use and recommend Lee's. Sedaris is also a master.

but as noted, random unexplainable buckling means you have too much moisture from underneath.

Contacted Lee's and they are going to send one of their folks out to take a look. Thanks for the suggestions. Will be nice to know I am dealing with really knowledgeable people.
