There is a large community of Indians in the western and northern part of wake County. There's also a sizable population in Durham and Chapel Hill. I am not sure of the community in Wilson, but the commute from the western side of the triangle to Wilson will be pretty long. Probably an hour to an hour and a half.

You can meet large group of professional Indians here

I'd guess that you'll have a hard time finding Marathi people in Wilson (or even here on city-data for that matter)
There are plenty all over the triangle though, this might be a good place to start : RTP Maharashtra Mandal

If you are looking to live near/around Indian folks, then most newer communities in Raleigh, Cary, West-Cary and Morrisville should fit the bill. For neighborhoods specifically with Marathi people, that would be harder to narrow down. Also not sure if you are looking to rent or buy?
