Our office is considering a year-end (fiscal) celebration. The Angus Barn is a little far from our office and Sullivan's is a bit stuffy and overpriced, so we are considering Kamado Grille.

Has anyone been there and, if so, would it be okay for a small office dinner (15-20 people)?

I really enjoyed my dinner there a month or so ago. It has a lot of space and can accommodate a large group such as that.

Been there, and think the food is pretty good. Nice atmosphere - very open. Would definitely be able to handle a party of that size.

well if nothing else I will give them best web-site menu Kamado Grille - Menu .... nice to see the food and roll over and see the prices. Will have to make it a point to get by there.

You can also order all of your food on a tablet, which is cool...so you don't have to wait for the waitress to come by to get an extra appetizer or a additional alcoholic beverage.

I'll maybe dissent a bit - we've had dinner there twice as our neighbors love the place. I think it's good but it always feels to me like the efforts were heavily oriented into Marketing as opposed to the food. Not sure I can put my finger on it exactly, but it just feels too scripted and the space gets a bigger wow than the food. I hate dissonance in my dining experience
Both times I left thinking that Driftwood Southern Kitchen has better food, so why didn't I go there instead?

OP, you mentioned 2 steak houses but if you don't want either of those...how about The Peddler?

They have a private room in the back, great steaks and the salad bar is really nice.

We did have the get together at Kamado Grille and everyone was impressed. That's probably one of the better steaks I've had in a couple of years. The sales team was impressed enough to bring a client there a few days later.

Considering the quality of the food and level of service, the price really isn't that bad.

Sullivan's is all about the really big steak and sides. Kamado just seems to be a more reasonable option.

VickiR - I went to the Peddler many, many years ago and was impressed. I don't know why I didn't consider it, but will, in the future, if we end up in that area.
