Dear all,

We are looking for fence builder to build fence. I did some research on this forum, but information is sort of outdated...Please recommend fence builders. Thanks!

Where are you located? I know a good on in Carrboro, but that probably won't help you if you're in Wake Forest.

When I wanted to put up a backyard fence, I followed some advise that really helped.

Drive around your neighborhood and look at all the other fences. Almost all of them will have a small (1 foot square?) sign with the builders name and contact info).

It's like getting references, but without having to leave your car.
You can see the quality of construction, how well they last, and know that the builder handles your geographical area.

We had Seegars install a fence at our last home and now this one. We were pleased with both projects. I would say the only negative is they are a bit on the pricey side. We live in Apex.

Yes, agreed. That is exactly what we did, and we were very happy with the results. We went with Dickerson Fencing, although they are Durham based and not sure if they are a presence in Apex/Cary.
