If any of you get a chance to check out Mr. Dumping in the Olive Chapel Shopping Center (Lowe's Foods) off 55 in Apex, I would highly recommend it.
They just replaced "Lee's Garden" a few months back. The difference is night and day. Mr. Dumpling has a HUGE authentic Chinese menu with a smaller American Chinese menu. The food is BY FAR the best Chinese food I've had since living in this area for almost 12 years. The taste and quality are evident compared to many other places I've been.
I attended a Chinese New Year celebration with some of the local Chinese population and Mr Dumpling came highly recommended from them.

I can believe it. That place is packed with Chinese customers every time I've been in there. Lines out the door on both weekend nights I went to pick up food and I've never seen that at a Chinese place anywhere. Word has gotten out on this place. I just hope they can keep up with their quality.

This place is amazing. Thanks for sharing it here! And yes it was packed when we went there for dinner tonight.
So far Imperial is the better of those we've tried including Red Dragon, but we need to try Red Dragon again, and I've yet to try C&T. Have to try Mr Dumpling too.
Is this where Lee Garden used to be? Near Doherty's?
Yes, exactly!
