Mortgage Broker Recommendations (Cary: renting, credit, loan)

Hello All,

We've been renting a house in Cary for almost 2 years now, and our landlord is offering to sell the house to us. We like the house and decided that we'd like to buy. We are in search now for a mortgage broker so that we can find a loan for the house as well as a title company.

Anyone have any recommendations for either?

You don't need a title company. You need a closing attorney.

Do you have membership with credit unions? We used NCSECU for our current and past mortgage loan. Very happy with process and service. If not affiliated or able to use them, I have heard great things from a few friends about Southeastern Mortgage Corporation on Barrett Rd.
