this, based on looking at maps and satellite, and some general knowledge of the area. I've not personally been on the greenway in that vicinity.

they're shutting it down coming from the north, but there's an access point to Hedingham right there. You'll have to ride your bike all the way out of Hedingham and towards New Bern Ave. Just before NB, you can go through a parking lot on the left onto Raleigh Beach Rd.

That route looks feasible. I will probably try that. some of the roads off Raleigh Beach and Allen dr are gravel but I think there is a paved option. If not I will snake my way down to Anderson Point park from Raleigh Beach Rd.

Also thought of exiting at Buffalo Rd and taking Forestville to Old Milburnie
