Well, the sales center doesn't offer rentals.

A few come up on the MLS now and then. About $1/SF/Month is common.

There is one Active rental on Horne Creek right now at $1995 for a short term lease.
For a year or more, $2695/month.

That's odd, isn't it? I've always found that short term rentals are more expensive than a full year lease.

Possibly someone who wants to use the house after a short period of time?

There is also a smaller and more affordable house on Craigslist that I forwarded to the poster.

I just ran back over the "My Carolina Arbors" internal website for a few months and didn't see any rentals on offer, though several people were looking for one.

I want to relocate from Alabama to a 55 plus community and Carolina Arbors look very good. But I want to rent for three months before I buy. The short term rent will work for me. Can you post contact details on that.

It was November 2018. One would think it's been rented.
