I am currently shopping around for townhomes in Apex. I currently checked out the three level townhomes that are being built in the Haddon Hall subdivision along route 55. They seem nice and the builder seems to have it together, but I wanted to get some information from anyone that has worked with them in the past, or has had experience with the townhome subdivision that I am refering to.

Specifically, has anyone worked with PCS homes in the past and have positive or negative stories to share? Does anyone have any opinions on the new three level townhomes in Haddon Hall, on route 55 in Apex? Is there any comparable townhome properties that anyone knows about in Apex?

Thanks!

Bungalow Park in Scotts Mill is the best "deal" around. Very well built by Preservation Homes. 13xx sf and 2 BRs. ~$155k

I am rather biased since I just put mine on the market

I've known several people to purchase a town home from PCS Homes and they seem to build a good product. They have a lot of features to make their homes strong and energy efficient as well as very affordable. At the Haddon Hall community, you can purchase up to 2400 square feet and stay under $100/Sq. Ft. The below mentioned homes seem small for that price ($119/Sq. Ft.). Hope this helps.

I have no idea if the same builders also did the older town homes, but I live in the older town homes in Haddon Hall, across the pond. They're built great, solid, and we havent had any issues with it. Our landlords have owned this place for years and they have never had any issues either. Hope this helps
