I am relocating to Raleigh from Pittsburgh and have been reviewing and looking at apartments over the past few days.
One of the favorable apartments that I have seen was at Mariner's Crossing. The complex appeared clean and the attitude from the staff also was extremely nice. However, in reviewing the apartmentguide.com and rent.com I'm finding some serious negative comments and extreme positive comments which concerns me as I know the internet fails to show sarcasm, enjoys the sensationalism of small issues, and also fails to show the full scope of the issues.
So my question to everyone here is... Has anyone any experience with this place? Does anyone know about it? If you know anything about it, I encourage you to please fill me in so I can better prepare myself and decide if this is really where I want to live.
Legomaniac - I'm not sure if you made your decision on apartments yet, but I very recently lived in Mariner's Crossing. Please DM me if you still have questions. I actually have good things to say but can give you some honest feedback!
I lived in Mariners Crossing for 2 years and I thought it was great. The staff was helpful, the apartment was nice, and the pool was great! I never had any problems and the apartments were more soundproof than other places I have lived. I hardly ever could here my upstairs neighbors.
Hope this helps!
