Garage Door repairs in Raleigh (rental, home, buy)

Had a bit of an accident with the garage door. The metal bars that go across the door got bent and the bottom piece with the little black piece that sits on the concrete floor is lopsided. Can I buy these pieces, or is there a repair man who can replace these? they are screwed in to the door.
